What is meditation?

Meditation helps connect our soul's joy with the vastness of Spirit's joy, and a

focus on the source that is the reason for all things. Meditation frees our minds from

restlessness through fostering awareness and understanding of the physical,

psychological, and metaphysical processes of existence.

Meditation involves focused perception of spiritual thought or experience to

achieve a calm, continuous connection with space beyond the senses and with Spirit.

This book offers the knowledge that it is our right and duty to seek such spaces and

find the calm that brings us to contemplation.

There is no right or wrong way to finding peace.

Each beings journey is their own to struggle or float upon as they choose.

There are no rules in this book only efforts of practice and self guided disciplines. We

are here to encourage the motivation to implement methods, including prayers,

affirmations, and reflections into our routines of day to day.

Closing our eyes, removes us from the projection of material and jolts us into

presentness. Focusing on our heartbeat, and the flow of blood and energy through us,

slow your breathing, feel the pulse of universal life that surrounds us. Let this Life

connect us with its light and flood our entire being.

Remain still, with your eyes closed, and relax. Free your mind from your bodies

weight. Imagine your soul flying freely, feeling mental freedom and growing a sense

of continuous release.

This is meditation.
